This is what I did after I woke mom early yesterday. I went back to sleep. Mom says that she likes to sleep later than 6:30 because for years and years she got up at 4:00 a.m. to go to work. Now that she's retired she trying to catch up on all that sleep she lost when she was working. I'm not buying it though - I work her early this morning too.

I like to wake Mommy up by at lease 6:30 too - but she just knocks me off the bed and tells me to come back later!

Yeah, 6:30 is reasonable! I have no idea why they want to sleep past then.

My mom likes to sleep in on the weekends, but when I get hungry I wake her up. I give her a break and let her sleep until 7:00.

My Mommie gets up at 4:30 am to get to the shelter early. I stay in bed. But then she takes a long nap in the afternoon. Naps are great!
Hahahaha - the maid is looking over my shoulder reading your post and give me the "eye", hahahahaha - I ALWAYS wake her up at sunrise - so right now we are sleeping in but in the summer she complains sometimes, hahahahaha!
Did you see the new CCSI show yet? How do you like it? The second part tomorrow will get even better!

It's funny how us cats like to get up early then sleep all day and the humans like to sleep in late and they stay up all day isn't it?

I think that 6:30 should be the very latest to get up. I must have my breakfast so in order to get it, I too must wake up my Food Lady!
